Like I said in the last post I just had a baby and was sooooooo tire all of the time. Breastfeeding wears a girl down. When I finally finished breast feeding it was time to do something. I had NO energy what SO EVER.
I'd been dreaming about doing the 24 DC so I saved up from each paycheck and purchased my first challenge. With in the first 4 days, I washed clothes and then...wait for it...FOLDED AND put them away. I seriously hadn't done that in a very long time. In the first ten days I was down 6 inches in my waist (you know where the baby was). When it was all said and done I started working out (not until day 18-I used to hate the gym), cleaning my house without complete exhaustion, and I was down 15 lbs and a total of 13 inches. Did I mention how I can keep up with my two kids now? Because I can.
My husband, Ross, was amazed by the results and started a challenge right away. He had better results than I did. He too started working out and eating well got a lot easier for both of us. He ended up losing 18 lbs and 20 total inches. (guys have it so good).
